Using 'balance' as a theme, Christine centers on the theme  of personal well-being as an essential condition for personal and professional success. She helps heighten peoples' self awareness and self-worth to achieve their inner balance.

 

This includes training on four levels of awareness: body, emotional, mental and spiritual, which as an experienced unity leads to a sense of improved personal, and professional abilities. Using easy-to-understand language, Hu introduces participants to the fascinating world of nature, explaining how non-living elements and living organisms interact to form the Earth's complex ecological systems. Understanding the bigger picture through these basic principles (law of nature), helps one to perceive the logical simplicity of plant and animal life within the Namibian context. Major plant species are identified and animal behavior is explained.

One-on-One training with Christine. Create your own 'Circle of Balance'. Once you become aware of whom you really are and once you identify which things in life bring you fullfilment, you can successfully realize your professional, private and personal potential. For this you need to recognize and accept your weaknesses. But you also need to become conscious of your strengths in order to utilize these. Learn to trust your emotions and intuition. In this way you can change yourself and your life.

Principles of Ecology

Illustrated lectures and discussions with Hu. The concepts of Energy, Life Cycles, Populations and Communities are explained, helping participants understand how natural systems work. Clearly understandable examples of simple Ecosystems are provided, together with how extremely fast a population can increase or decrease. The terms 'Science', 'Ecology', 'Human Ecology', 'Population' and 'Community' are logically described.

We are all unique in our personalities and DNA. Christine coaches participants through Free Dynamic Constellation© so that they can perceive their true reality rather than a personal interpretation of their private or professional situation.

 

 

 

This work is difficult to describe and has to be experienced. It has a dynamic of its own and works each time. Group participants are able to grasp intuitively the context of the constellation and to provide apt responses.

 

 

 

This "emotion-telepathy" helps identify the issue for a person which leads to receiving impulses for further development and solutions. Free Dynamic Constellation© enables you to direct the process yourself so that you become the one solving the issue.

 

 

 

Christine accompanies and advises you during the Constellation. In Constellation work, everyone takes responsibility for him/herself and has to trust his/her own feelings and intuition.

Originally the meridian lines on our bodies (also known as acupuncture lines) were connected to the grid lines that encircle the planet and cross at acknowledged power points such as Machu Picchu and Sedona. These lines were intended to continue out and connect us to a vastly larger grid, tying us into the entire universe.

 

Each of our bodies contains its own set of energetic lines and points and, although only remnants of what they once were, these lines and points continue to serve as our interface with the universe: a channel that facilitates our communication of energy, light and information between large and small, macrocosm and microcosm, the universe and humankind.

 

At one point in time, humanity became disconnected from these lines and lost the fullness of our inherent connection to the universe, distancing us from our previously rapid and expansive rate of evolution. THE RECONNECTION brings in "new" axiatonal lines that reconnect us on a more powerful and evolved level than ever before. These lines are part of a timeless network of intelligence, a parallel-dimensional system that draws basic energy for the renewal functions of the human body.

 

During the session, Claudia von der Fecht, the practitioner, will ask you to lie down on a massage table, close your eyes and "let go". It is best to be in a state of expectancy during the session and to allow whatever is supposed to happen. During these sessions it is not necessary in fact not recommended that you meditate, pray or attach to any specific outcome. Be receptive to the experience, knowing that you are participating in a positive and exciting process brought to you from God / Love / Universe (choose one), and intended to give you exactly what you may need at this time.

 

Reconnective Healing® sessions typically last 45 minutes, and one to three sessions are normally recommended.

 

The Reconnection® is facilitated in two sessions, ideally on consecutive days.

Power Yoga: Mind and Body

In Power Yoga: Mind and body, host and instructor Jutta Dobler introduces the essentials of Power yoga. Jutta challenges both beginning and advanced participants with deep-breathing exercises and physical movements that target both the body and mind.

 

 

 

 

Jutta`s workouts may focus on general areas or a specific muscle group like the abdominals, hips or lower back. Her robust and vigorous flows -- a series of transitioning yoga poses - help increase strength, stamina, flexibility and balance.

Reflexology - Sylvia Hecker

The American Dr. William Fitzgerald first documented his findings about reflex zones of the human body in his book "Zone Therapy" in 1917. His findings were taken up by Eunice Ingham who, after many years of research, released her book "Stories the feet can tell" in 1938.  Both Fitzgerald and Ingham concluded that our feet are a reflection of our body and that certain areas on the feet represent certain organs or parts of the body. Eunice Ingham developed a pressure point technique which became known as Reflexology throughout the world. Reflexology treatments can prevent sickness and relieve symptoms of disease leading to new health as the entire body can be reached via the feet. Furthermore, it relaxes and simultaneously energizes the entire person whilst stimulating the natural system to heal itself.

 

Our feet are often the most neglected part of our body, although it is they who carry us through our entire life and to take a stand in life. Reflexologist Sylvia Hecker urges everybody to take better care of their feet and treat them with love and respect and pamper them on a regular basis with a good reflexology treatment.

Sylvia has been working as a Reflexologist since 1993. In 2002 she started working with Orgon, a vibrational therapy, with very good results.

Experience your personal "Vision Quest" in the surroundings of the oldest desert in the world:  A one day "Inventure" tour leads one person or a group of participants into the Namib Desert of western Namibia.  There we take stock of the experiences you made during each of your steps towards change.  Your vision, the self-image which you created, the picture of your successes and the reality of your own existence become clear and tangible.  The group provides the possibility for you to reflect on your experiences and to engage in dialogue with others.  Whether on the back of a camel or on foot, you have the opportunity to feel at one with nature in this untouched wilderness.
